Le Père Pinard and Les Enfants Terribles owner Fabrice Vautrin has partnered with Fifi Essome, a manager at Pinard, to open this Lower East Side wine bar. The international list comprises 50 all-organic bottles, with 16 available by the glass. The 30-seat bar, named for the London pub where Jack the Ripper is said to have selected his victims, will also offer bites like meats, cheeses and olives.

The best yet! Savory fresh food and organic wine that makes you keep thinking about the flavors days later, and a wonderfully rich vibe that will keep you coming back for more.
