This exclusive Cuban-style Village lounge might not be true to the proletarian revolution its name suggests, but even a rabble-rouser would be chilled out by one of its svelte, tart Fields of Gold cocktails (bourbon, lemon, orange and cracked ice), or the fruity Hotel Nacional (rum, fresh pineapple, lime and apricot brandy). Though faux-faded paint gives off a Communist-era vibe, the strict gatekeeper at the upstairs VIP lounge probably wouldn’t even let Che inside.
