Once ascended, drinkers will be escorted by a host to their perches—a collection of mismatched tables and chairs, or bench seating on red velvet cushions near the tall windows. Order a few morsels of Roni-Sue chocolate to accompany signatures quaffs like the James Delancey, made with gin, calvados, sweet vermouth and yellow chartreuse, or the Topsy Turvy, a Moscow mule variation with vodka, ginger, lime, honey and club soda.
