The gig: Splitty
The chops: Most recently, the Milk and Honey vet has been asked to present at the StarChefs.com 2013 International Chefs Congress, along with fellow alum Theo Lieberman.

Jessica Gonzalez

The gig: The NoMad
The chops: As head bartender at the NoMad, Gonzalez helped propel the fine-dining darling to Hotel Bar of the Year at 2013’s Tales of the Cocktail.

Lynnette Marrero

The gig: Consulting
The chops: Marrero, whose drinks can be found on the menu at Astor Room, holds the distinction of being one of four bartenders invited into the Dame Hall of Fame’s inaugural class at last year’s Tales of the Cocktail.

Ivy Mix

The gig: Clover Club
The chops: Along with Marrero, Mix has dedicated the past few years to raising the profile of females in the cocktail industry through Speed Rack, a now-international, ladies-only bartending competition, which also raises money for breast cancer.

Eryn Reece

The gigs: Mayahuel and Death & Company
The chops: Reece won the most recent U.S. edition of Speed Rack, making her officially the fastest lady bartender in the biz.

Natasha David

The gigs: Mayahuel and Donna
The chops: After honing her skills at such destinations as Maison Premiere and Prime Meats, David launched You and Me Cocktails consulting company with her main squeeze, fellow barkeep Jeremy Oertel. Keep your eyes peeled for her forthcoming bar with Death & Company’s David Kaplan and Alex Day.

Franky Marshall

The gigs: The Dead Rabbit and the Tippler
The chops: Marshall serves as the vice president of the United States Bartenders’ Guild of New York, with which she launched a series of interviews with industry pros, and she’s won several competitions, including one centered on a favorite New York pastime—day drinking.

Yana Volfson

The gigs: Freemans and Peels
The chops: Though no longer behind the stick, Volfson serves as the beverage director for both East Village restaurants, where she takes a hands-on approach to integrating seasonal ingredients into her menus.

Meaghan Dorman

The gig: Raines Law Room
The chops: When not clocking time as Raines’s head barkeep, Dorman has been making a name for herself at competitions and top industry events: She took home “Best Technical Skills” at this year’s international G’Vine Gin Connisseur Program, and she was inducted into the Dame Hall of Fame at this year’s Tales of the Cocktail.

Jane Danger

The gig: The NoMad
The chops: Though her stand-alone shop Jane’s Sweet Buns is no more, Danger and her bourbon-laced cinnamon rolls helped usher in a new era of boozy baking in the city.
