Picnic tables and strung lights lend a beer-garden vibe to this Slavic watering hole, a fine addition to the dive-bar–saturated East Village. Suds and vinos hail almost exclusively from the Eastern Bloc, but don’t be intimidated by their tough-to-say names: Go ahead and tip back a bottle of Zywiec, a hoppy Polish lager.
