The owners of Barolo—the Italian restaurant in Soho with the sprawling back garden—have opened another leafy spot, in the Meatpacking District. But instead of big plates of pasta, they’re just serving drinks. There’s no name yet—look for the wrought-iron gate next door to Paradou.
