Dive doesn’t always equal dump. At Otis, a lounge crowd sips red wine while fratboys pound pints two stools down; plush couches flank a pool table bathed in cranberry light; and modern art hangs across from TVs tuned to ESPN, as Guns N’ Roses blasts from the jukebox. Attentive bartenders offer a refill as soon as your glass is empty, and if you need sustenance, they’ll supply take-out menus. This not-so-divey dive is as comfy as your living room.
