A section of Bleecker Street looked more like Bourbon Street on Tuesday night as Lower East Side native Rosario Dawson helped out her homegirls at the Eastside Girls Club by hosting this annual Fat Tuesday benefit. Money wasn't the only thing being raised while guests competed for beads and danced to the tunes of Hungry March Band and Raya Brass Band. New Orleans group the Loose Marbles contributed a little authenticity to this debaucherous festival, and Murray Hill slung a few one-liners to the green-, purple- and gold-clad crowd.

The band from New Orleans is named Los Po-Boy-Citos. The Loose Marbles played last year's benefit.
