This reservations-only rooftop bar serves produce-driven cocktails and alcohol-spiked fruits (like bourbon-flavored white peaches) atop the Mondrian SoHo. Lounge on teak furniture and sip tipples made with cold-pressed juices from Liquiteria and infused spirits, such as mescal with Mexican chocolate and chili de arbol. The 4,000-square-foot space—which features hundreds of hanging antique lightbulbs, tall potted plants and a grass meadow—affords expansive views of downtown Manhattan.
