Brews like Alphabet City's Kolsch lager and Greenport Harbor's Black Duck Porter each have a suggested pairing with one of the menu's rich dishes, which include curried pies and beef brisket. A mahogany bar salvaged from the Grand Ballroom and ornate sections of a Coney Island carousel give the room a woody, vintage-Gotham vibe.
