Time Out says

This Prospect Heights watering hole is a contrived sequel to Tracy Westmoreland’s now-closed cult bar, Siberia. The dive’s clandestine look—newspaper-covered windows, buzzer entry—is covert to a fault, and the interior recalls a fratboy’s dream house. The booze is as negligible as the decor: Pabst on tap, Miller High Life in bottles and cheap Jameson. None of this purposeful grime has attracted the old Siberia clientele—instead, it’s been embraced by indifferent locals thirsty for a last-call beer at any cost.
