Might Get Weird: Memorial Day Party; Location TBA, Noon–9pm. $20.
Our favorite Brooklyn-based party and DJ collective, the Deep, always knows how to throw a poppin' shindig, whether at Chinatown's Le Baron or at Bushwick restaurant, music venue and local hangout, Tutu's.

The Ted Alexandro Show; Q.E.D., Astoria, 8pm. $5.
One of the New York comedy scene’s smartest, funniest mainstays interviews Zephyr Teachout at his brilliant monthly show.

DanceAfrica Bazaar; Asland Pl and Lafayette Ave, Free.
Celebrate the many cultures of the second-largest continent with this diverse marketplace featuring 180 fashion, food and crafts vendors.

Yayoi Kusama, “Give Me Love”; David Zwirner. Free.
Polka-dotted pumpkins, paintings "obliterate" by applying colored stickers on the walls are al part of the mix in the artists latest show.

BeerProvLittlefield, Gowanus, 8pm. $10.
This improv show calls on the audience to provide sketch suggestions and eliminate players after each performance. Improvisers compete between sips of beer, with the winner getting to ; drink from the BeerProv Mug of Champions.

Fleet Week; Various times and prices.
It’s that mari-time of year where you can show your love for members of the United States Navy, Coast Guard and Marine Corp during their downtime in NYC. 

The Two Gentlemen of Verona; Theatre for a New Audience, Fort Greene, 7:30pm. $60–$85.
One of Shakespeare's least-loved early comedies gets a bushy-tailed account by Fiasco Theater.

Rooftop Films; Various locations and times. 
There’s something about looking out over the city from up high, soaking in the skyline, that makes the experience much more, dare we say, cinematic. Head to this series in it's 15th year for an outdoor cinematic adventure. 

American Ballet Theatre 2015; Metropolitan Opera House (at Lincoln Center), Upper West Side, 7:30pm. $20–$200.
In its spring season, ABT offers a wealth of classics, from Romeo and Juliet to Swan Lake and Giselle, along with a program of historic company repertory in keeping with the troupe's 75th anniversary.

Wendy Whelan: Restless Creature; Joyce Theater, Chelsea, 7:30pm. $10–$100.
After postponing her evening of dance, Restless Creature, at the Joyce last year, due to an injury, the ballerina is back with four duets created by Kyle Abraham, Joshua Beamish, Brian Brooks and Alejandro Cerrudo.

Stargazing on the High Line; The High Line, Chelsea, 7:30pm. Free.
Did you know you can gaze at the night sky through astronaut-worthy telescopes every Tuesday at the High Line? And here we all thought we couldn't gaze at constellations in New York City.  

The Who; Barclays Center, Prospect Heights, 7:30pm. $62–92.
The Who—that is, Pete Townshend, Roger Daltrey, some other musicians and two very prominent ghosts—hits the road as part of the group's 50th-anniversary celebration, digging into some deep cuts for their supposedly final stadium trek.

The Daily Show Writer Stand-Up ShowUCBEast, East Village, 9:30pm. $5.
The writers of The Daily Show with Jon Stewart step out from behind the scenes and into the spotlight in this stand-up showcase.

Pixies + John Grant; Beacon Theatre, Upper West Side, 7pm. $59.50-$79.50.
Last year pioneering alt-rockers Pixies released Indie Cindy, their first two decades.

Adam CarollaCarolines on Broadway, Midtown West, 9pm. $53 plus two-drink minimum.
Carolla's popular podcast, The Adam Carolla Show maybe heavy on the testosterone but it's still goofily likable.

Time Out New York’s monthly show brings together some of the biggest names on the NYC comedy scene.

Shakespeare in the ParkDelacorte Theater, Central Park, 8pm. Free.
Hear, hear! The Public Theater's 53rd annual Shakespeare in the Park is back with performances of The Tempest, directed by Michael Greif and starring Sam Waterston, and Cymbeline, directed by Daniel Sullivan and featuring Hamish Linklater and Lily Rabe.! Are ye excited? We say, yae!

Amateur Night; Apollo Theater, Harlem, 7:30pm. $20–$32.
Kick off the Apollo Theater’s 2015 season with the always anticipated Amateur Night at the Apollo. Past winners include stars like Ella Fitzgerald, the Jackson 5 and Billie Holiday.

Ed Sheeran's stock has risen just a wee bit during the past few years—a couple of platinum albums here, a sprinkling of Grammy nominations there.
