A Christmas light display in Brooklyn has taken a creative approach to decorating for the season, by decking the halls with balls.

The 6-foot-high window features a string of Christmas lights hung in a way to resemble male genitalia, an unseemly vulgarity further proving that New York is in no way ready for Christmas.

“It’s rude and vulgar, it’s definitely wildly inappropriate,” Justin Abenchuchan told DNAinfo, while sizing up the display.

Another woman blamed the display on the “douchebags that moved into the neighborhood.”

If you’d like to catch a peek of the Rockefeller Christmas Tree of Williamsburg you can head to 65 Ainslie St. tonight to see if the prominent lights are still up.
