It's your chance to find "The One"—the one pet you're going to adopt and love forever, that is. This week you can take home a cat or dog that is already fixed, micro-chipped and vaccinated for just $10.
On Feb 13-15, Best Friends Animal Society will be in the West Village (22 Little W 12th Street) to help get you set up with your new best friend. Come visit a gaggle of pooches and kitties on Fri 13 from 5-8pm and Sat 14 and Sun 15 from 11am-7pm. Hopefully you'll find yourself looking deep into the big brown eyes of your new partner saying, "I do... want to adopt you!" And if you happen to connect with a bonded pair of animals, meaning two animals that are obsessed with each other and have to stay together, you can take them both home for free!
Just don't buy chocolates for these valentines.
