While you won't be setting sail on this 1940s schooner, get your sea legs ready for a five-hour bottomless oyster bar benefit. Tomorrow night from 5–10pm at Grand Banks, the seasonal oyster bar on the Sherman Zwicker at Hudson River Park’s Pier 25 in Tribeca, you can slurp half shells and throw back cocktails from an open bar to celebrate New York Oyster Week.

Tickets to AHOYsters—hah!—are $95, which includes an all-you-can-slurp raw bar featuring oysters from Island Creek, Matunuck, Fishers Island and Empire Diver. Unsure which variety to choose? Ask one of the on-hand oyster farmers. Wash down your briny bivalves with plenty of booze: There'll be nautically inspired cocktails, pints from Blue Point Brewing Company (Toasted Lager, Oktoberfest, Mosaic Session IPA) and vino from Martin Codax Oyster Wines.

Don’t forget to make a toast for the benefitting organizations Maritime Foundation and Billion Oyster Project, then rub elbows with Food Network toque and cookbook author David Rosengarten, who’ll be sharing his top tips for wine and food pairings. Anchors aweigh!
