Afropunk Festival just announced the stage schedule for its two-day New York installment at Brooklyn's Commodore Barry Park, via its newly released iOS and Android app. In addition to the set times, the app also includes a radio station of acts playing the fest and a discount on tickets for the first 100 people who download it.

On top of an 40-plus act lineup, Afropunk features a host of author signings for Rock-n-Read, an educational installation featuring community-oriented nonprofits in Activism Row, and more than 25 food trucks and pop-up restaurants. And if that isn't enough for you, the party extends into the night with its Afropunk After Dark series of official after-shows at nearby venues.
