In a whirlwind of cult-favorite chefs and backyard barbecuing, Del Posto, Mission Chinese, Blanca and California’s Manresa are crashing Roberta’s garden on October 7. From 7–10pm, the much-loved Brooklyn space will be bustling with top chefs Carlo Mirarchis (Blanca), Brooks Headley and Mark Ladner (Del Posto) and David Kinch of Manresa—haling all the way from Los Gatos, California—as they serve their signature dishes and mingle with guests. (We hope they arrive bling-ed out in gold chains.)

Though the menu hasn’t been finalized, there'll be plenty of grub to fill up on while you sip complimentary beer, wine and cocktails. Expect rustic Italian mains from Mirarchis like Roberta’s Axl Rosenberg pizza topped in sweet tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, sopressata, fiery jalapeños and meaty mushrooms. Pastry master Brooks Headley will likely take the lead on sweets and we’re hoping his fette biscottate—chocolate, mint and candied bread—makes the list, but his buzzy veggie burgers would be just as thrilling. Man of the hour David Kinch will no doubt bring fresh West Coast ingredients—like the farm-grown tomatoes seen in his documentary earlier this year—for dishes like duck with dandelion, fennel and fava beans. Danny Bowien (Mission Chinese, Mission Cantina) will be behind the mic rather than a kitchen station, spinning tunes and narrating the al fresco dinner.

A mix of "Amerikaz Most Wanted" chefs, all-inclusive food and booze and a beautiful backyard means these $125 tickets will likely move fast. Snatch one while you can.
