In yet another ode to the classic Canadian snack, Mile End Deli is hosting a week-long celebration of gravy and cheese fries at all of its sandwich outposts.

From Monday Feb 2 to Sunday Feb 8, Montreal native Noah Bernamoff will craft five riffs on poutine ($20), including a brand-new "Fat Jewish" number topped with beef tongue, hot dogs, salami, bacon and cheese-curd gravy and an Italian iteration smothered in smoked-meat bolognese and melted mozzarella. Find the toppling boats of cheese-covered fries at the Brooklyn and Manhattan shops, as well as the pop-up at Threes Brewing. And, in case you forgot, the gluttonous deal still stands: Eat all five and you'll get a sixth free.

Take a look at the full lineup:

The Fat Jewish Poutine
fries, beef tongue, hot dog, salami, bacon, cheese curds gravy

Chilaquiles Poutine

Italian Poutine

Smoked Meat Burger Poutine
