Nobu celebrates its 20th anniversary with a one-night-only omakase

In 1994, superchef Nobu Matsuhisa opened the flagship of his splashy eponymous sushi bar, Nobu, in New York's own Tribeca. Twenty years later, the Nobu chain spans the globe, with thirty locations from Milan to Melbourne, and to celebrate the big anniversary, every Nobu outpost is serving up a special one-night-only omakase on September 17th. The "20 Years in 20 Bites" menu will feature five courses of Nobu dishes throughout the years. Take an exclusive first look at the anniversary menu below:
