In 1994, superchef Nobu Matsuhisa opened the flagship of his splashy eponymous sushi bar, Nobu, in New York's own Tribeca. Twenty years later, the Nobu chain spans the globe, with thirty locations from Milan to Melbourne, and to celebrate the big anniversary, every Nobu outpost is serving up a special one-night-only omakase on September 17th.
