What does a girl have to do to get the attention of a multi-national food and beverage corporation in this town?!? If you're a Hot Cheeto Girl, then you're hoping the answer is: "Start an Instagram account."
The Hot Cheeto Girls are two girls with one dream. They're hoping to convince Frito-Lay, Inc. to bring the puffy versions of the popular spicy snack to a bodega near you (it's currently not available in NYC) by regularly posting recipes, celebrity endorsements, viral images and more on their eponymous account.
“Flamin' Hot Cheetos actually brought us together,” explains “JaLana,” as the duo would like to be known (they crave anonymity as much as enriched corn meal.) “It's spicy, it's crunchy, it's gluten free and you can eat it with anything. On a bagel, dipped in chocolate, mixed with Rice Krispies and on avocado toast.”
But even with the myriad options available to CFHP connoisseurs, the two do still have a preferred method of eating the finger-shaped snack. “Just add some lime and a hint of salt. Game changing.”
