Grab the nearest rainbow and take to the streets, because NYC is celebrating marriage equality after the Supreme Court's historic, and long-awaited, decision to uphold the constitutional right of gay marriage nationwide! Here's where and how you can celebrate today:

—Right now, there's an impromptu party going on on the steps of City Hall with Mayor de Blasio, so make your way there if you're in the area. Or head to Stonewall Inn where a joyful gathering (and lots of news crews) is developing.
—At 6pm, the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center invites everyone to come together for a celebration of #DecisionDay at Stonewall Inn (53 Christopher St) complete with a rally, performers and speakers.
—Head to the Pride Kickoff Rally on Pier 26 at 6pm to get the party started and see a performance from Ashanti!
—The New York Public Library opened a special exhibition today titled From The Collection: Celebrating Marriage Equality that features items highlighting the long struggle for gay rights. Head to Astor Hall (first floor) in the Stephen A. Schwarzman Building on 42nd St and 5th Ave to see items like a 1963 copy of One magazine (the first LGBT political magazine), the 1966 children's book Daddy's Wedding (the sequel to Daddy's Roommate) that first depicted gay marriage, and a 1934 photo of Alice B. Toklas and Gertrude Stein, a high-profile same-sex couple in their day.
—From now until noon on Monday, grab buy-one-get-one-free tickets to see It Shoulda Been You on Broadway in celebration of love and equality. Everyone is encouraged to bring their spouse, or future spouse!
