Evie Wyld: All the Birds, Singing

Wyld, who was named one of Granta's Best Young British Novelists, has an earlier book titled After the Fire, a Still Small Voice. The new story is about a lonely sheepherder; her dog, Dog; and the mystery behind a number of sheep who disappear, only to turn up mangled.
