The Philharmonic welcomes back star violinist Lisa Batiashvili this week. In a program conducted by Alan Gilbert, the Deutsche Grammophon recording artist is featured alongside her soloist husband François Leleux in two concertos for violin and oboe (one by Bach and one by the contemporary French composer Thierry Escaich). Shostakovich's towering Symphony No. 10 completes the program. The morning open rehearsal on Apr 8 is a strong value at $20. (The program also repeats nightly Apr 9–11.)
