Peter Hill & Marilyn Nonken

This isn't your run-of-the-mill all-Messiaen program. (Not that there's anything wrong with those.) Hill offers up the New York premiere of the 1961 piece La Fauvette Passerinette, which the pianist only discovered in the composer's sketches last year. After that, he'll join up with Nonken, a specialist in new-music pianism, for a performance of the mystical and rapturous (and justly familiar) Visions de l'Amen.
