On Friday, October 26th, the Brown Girls Burlesque troupe celebrated its fifth-anniversary in full acid-rock style, with a salute to everyone’s favorite deceased guitar hero, Jimi Hendrix. But really, the gals—Chicava HoneyChild, Essence Revealed, exHOTic Other, Jazabel Jade, Sister Selva and Sweet Lorraine—could have been paying tribute to Hootie & the Blowfish, and it still would have been a blazing, foxy-lady-filled affair.
