New York’s burly-Q world is missing a few sequins and feathers, as the classic-burlesque-minded Rhinestone Follies troupe has bumped its last bump and ground its last grind. Core members Kita St. Cyr, Beelzebabe, Hazel Honeysuckle and Ginger Brown (along with an all-star array of guests that included Amber Ray, Cheeky Lane and Albert Cadabra) bowed out in glittering style with an evening of onstage allure at R Bar on November 21st—but don’t shed too many tears, as we’d expect to see the gals performing at plenty of scintillating non-Rhinestone soirees in the near future.
