808: Kyle Hall + Jay Daniel + Bookworms (live) + Soul 2 Seoul

808 is back to celebrate all-things-house music at Bed-Stuy's restaurant-meets-dance club, Sugar Hill Disco. Having just released his second album, From Joy, on his own Wild Oats label, Motor City veteran Kyle Hall continues to perfect the ability to incorporate his signature raw and original sounds while respecting the roots of Detroit house and techno music—this time lending to his jazz background. Joining Hall is young Detroit counterpart Jay Daniel, who has, in just the last 3 years, worked on tracks for Sound Signature, Apron Records, Wild Oats and Watusi High. L.I.E.S. artist Bookworms will perform live, while Brooklyn's favorite "half-Korean, half-African, half-American" duo Soul 2 Seoul hit the decks with rare records and real vibes.
