Brothers Howard and Guy Lawrence are Disclosure, a garage-kissed duo from English seaside town Brighton. Their tunes are probably a bit too fizzy for full-on garageheads, but you can't deny the pair's pop appeal, as witnessed by recent single "White Noise" entering the U.K. pop charts at No. 2.
