The Full Moon crew tosses a mini festival on Pier 17, with the DFA label's half-cuddly, half-cultish avant-pop duo Yacht headlining the party. Australia's Sneaky Sound System, from the Modular label, plays electropop that's brimming with hooks; Kitsuné's Gigamesh doles out shimmering electronic-disco rhythms; and Russia's Tesla Boy purveys synth-heavy new wave. And the Fixed party's JDH and Dave P score a bit of booth time as well.
