Time Out says

California native Lee Bannon has come a long way since his homemade tapes first drew the attention of several notable rappers, as well as producer (and Eminem's DJ) Alchemist. In 2012, he toured with Pro Era as the crew's DJ, and he's produced several hip-hop tracks for Joey Bada$$. Pursuing a solo career, Bannon released "NW/WB," ultimately leading to his signing with record label Ninja Tune. With the well-received 2014 LP Alternate/Endings, Bannon quickly made a name for himself in the drum & bass and jungle world. His follow-up LP Pattern of Excel, released last year, further showcased the producer's knowledge of ambient music. In November 2015, Bannon shared a track under the name Dedekind Cut—the moniker which he used most recently in his R&D collaboration with Rabit. Support comes from F1k, Trust Image, Shad[]wB[]x and Shy Eyez.
