Propaganda has been serving up top house and techno rhythms to New Yorkers for years, bringing stars of the scene to the relatively intimate confines of Sullivan Room—and tonight, the big-name guest is Djuma Soundsystem. Previously a duo, the Soundsystem now consists of Norwegian producer Mikkas, but you'll still be getting an earful of that rich and deep tech-house sound that's exemplified by the 2003 club smash "Les Djinns." Peter Munch and resident Meandisco complete the picture. E-mail email@example.com to get on the reduced-admission list.
