The CRM & Partnerships Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of Time Out North America’s Customer Relationship Management efforts. This role will work to increase the level of efficiency of all consumer facing digital campaigns related to email and customer acquisition leading to database growth. It will also serve to grow business partnerships, which relate to digital audience growth. The ideal candidate is analytical in nature and can leverage strong brand relationships to amplify Time Out’s digital growth.
 
Key responsibilities:
    •     Proactively manage CRM systems with email service providers to drive digital audience growth
    •    Track and analyze CRM initiatives to drive audience retention and increase client acquisition
    •    Develop best practices in data collection, segmentation and measurement
    •    Identify and execute new partnership opportunities to support CRM campaigns
    •    Manage database and partner relationships
    •    Serve as point person for all CRM activities across Time Out North America, interacting with our global divisions (Time Out Group)
    •    Lead all training with key internal stakeholders such as editorial staff
    •    Manage day-to-day operations of partnerships, fostering new relationships with like-minded brands
    •    Prepare presentations and proposals for new partners

Qualifications & requirements:

    •     3-5 years experience managing CRM for a transactions focused business or leading publisher
    •    MBA or Bachelors Degree preferred
    •    Strong written and verbal communication skills paired with a high degree of professionalism
    •    Passionate team player, proactive and results driven
    •    Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint
    •    Some travel required
