As the final section of her trilogy exploring identity, memory, ancestry, land and community, choreographer Emily Johnson unveils SHORE, which includes four parts featuring SHORE: Performance, a work combining dance, music and storytelling. Other sections include SHORE: Community Action (volunteerism), a series of work sessions in the Rockaways and on Governors Island involving the caretaking of land and water and dune restoration (Apr 19, 11am–3pm); SHORE: Story, a curated reading (Apr 19 at 6pm); and SHORE: Feast, a potluck meal (Apr 24 11am–4:30pm.
