Nrityagram's Surupa Sen and Bijayini Satpathy

The stellar Indian classical dance masters perform solos and duets about immortal love in Songs of Love and Longing. The work, choreographed by Surupa Sen, focuses on the Gita Govinda, a 12th-century ballad written in Sanskrit by the poet Jayadeva and is set to an original score by the late Pandit Raghunath Panigrahi.
