Do-or-die Bed-Stuy seems an unlikely choice for a candlelit Southeast Asian restaurant. But this handsome renovation of a former Laundromat from chef-owner King Phojanakong (Kuma Inn) fits right in. His rich, vivid interpretations of Thai and Filipino fare features bold, memorable flavors.
