She spent a year perfecting her own recipe of the yuletide favorite: The soft, cakey rounds are studded with almonds, marzipan, candied citron and orange peel and encased in a layer of dark chocolate or sugar glaze on top and edible wafer on the bottom.     Sweet Loren Ready-to-Bake Desserts Loren Brill, the 2011 winner of the Next Big Small Brand contest, blows those old rolls of Pillsbury cookie dough out of the water with her frozen all-natural doughs and batters. Her ingredients might have a health-nut pedigree (whole grains, natural sweeteners like sugarcane and molasses), but the moist goodies will satisfy any sugar fiend. Wanna-be homemakers can bake a few cookies (including flavors like chocolate chunk, espresso chunk and cranberry oatmeal) or brownies for a snack, or the full batch for a crowd.
