    Description
    In this ridiculous French door-slammer from 1960, a philandering architect (Bradley Whitford) living in Paris juggles three yummy stewardesses (Gina Gershon, Kathryn Hahn and Mary McCormack) by keeping track of their transcontinental schedules. When he gets a visit from an American chum (Mark Rylance) and the ladies’ flight paths overlap, the farce takes off. Deliriously silly sex jokes, hysterical sight gags, outrageous European accents and splendid physical comedy make this a whole bunch of silly, sexy, supersonic fun. The cast (with the unusual exception of an unfunny Christine Baranski) keeps the comedy flying at 30,000 feet. Winner of the 2008 Tony for Best Revival of a Play.—DC
