Description
From early Edison reels to clips from recent fare like The Brown Bunny and Brokeback Mountain, sexuality’s impact on mainstream cinema (as well as television and the Internet) is explored in the museum’s second gallery. The adult-film industry’s enduring presence is made evident through early stag films (or “smokers,” as they were called) and porn classics like Debbie Does Dallas.
