Electric Aborigines finds the band moving toward an ecstatic update of Stoogesist methodology and simply upping its game on all fronts. Local outfit Tall Firs plays moody, highly textural rock songs marked by spidery guitar interplay that often sounds improvised. Knyfe Hyts are a raucous, minimal local psych-metal band spun off from Ex Models.
