Roeg’s (co)directorial debut is one of the downright weirdest films of the ’70s: Initially a straightforward thriller, it gradually metamorphoses into a trippy drug-fueled romp. It also proves that Mick Jagger, in the proper context, can act. Artist Gregg Bordowitz will discuss the movie after the screening.
