2013 Savor: An American Craft Beer & Food Experience

Fill your stein with beer from any one of the 76 national craft brewers at this beerfest. Sudsy offerings from locals like Saranac Brewery and Brooklyn Brewery will be paired with specialty bites by San Francisco chef Adam Dulye (Abbot's Cellar, Monk's Kettle). Nosh on bites like crispy shrimp with a lemongrass-and-tamarind sauce or chicken-ricotta meatballs, while guzzling Stone Brewing Co.’s floral Imperial IPA. The event’s educational seminars will supply barstool factoids about traditional German beer, courtesy Devils Backbone Brewing Company’s Jason Oliver, among others.
