George Dickel Rye
The estimable Tennessee bourbon producer—in operation since 1870—releases its first rye. The spicy whiskey’s 90-proof spine, bright fruit and vanilla notes, and dry finish make it perfect for Manhattans. Atsby “Armadillo Cake” Vermouth
In October, the new Soho small-batch spirit producer Atsby launched this modern twist on the traditional fortified wine: A base of Long Island chardonnay and apple brandy is flavored with aromatics (orange peel, cardamom, clove). Laird’s 7.5 Year Apple Brandy
Sixteen pounds of apples go into each bottle of this historic liquor, produced in New Jersey at America’s oldest commercial distillery, which has counted George Washington among its fans. Quinta do Infantado 10 Year Tawny Port
