Time Out says

Celebrate France's Independence Day at this Gallic fair filled with bakery bites (crêpes, eclairs), plus performances by can-can dancers strutting their stuff to the jubilant Hungry March Band. Once the festival fatigue sits in, enjoy nibbles of fromage and baguettes, and sips of beer and various wines and catch a sneak peek film screening of C’est la Vie! At 5:30pm

Celebrate France's Independence Day with a four-day fete that showcases the best of France, such as performances, tastings, masterclasses, children’s events, shopping, and an online raffle.

Using Zoom and Facebook, French Institute Alliance Française will bring on Ivorian choreographer Jean-Paul Mehansio, who will throw an exuberant virtual dance party (Monday); host a tasting of French rosé, Champagne, and brioche (Saturday-Tuesday) through tasting kits you can purchase beforehand; a demonstration on how to make brioche (Saturday); a discussion with chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and his daughter, Louise Vongerichten (Wednesday); a Q&A with celebrity stylist and entrepreneur Frédéric Fekkai (Tuesday); and film screenings from now through Monday.

There will also be a raffle with a grand prize—a luxurious two-night stay in a terrace suite with Manhattan skyline views at Sofitel New York. It also includes breakfast for two and a bottle of Champagne upon arrival. More than two dozen prizes, from Bollinger, Atari, and others.
