City Grit presents: Paul Qui

At this edition of City Grit's dinner series, Texas-based Top Chef season nine champ and James Beard Award winner Paul Qui fires up the burners for six nights in Soho. The toque behind Austin's acclaimed Japanese restaurant Uchiko will preview dishes for his new project (details of which will be revealed at the dinner) via a seven-course tasting menu. Dig into seasonal, Asian-inflected dishes like quail with beer miso, maitake mushrooms, mint and strawberries; as well as tuna with lardo, melon and crystallized soy.
