At this talk moderated by Bon Appétit’s Andrew Knowlton, Thai-food booster Andy Ricker (Pok Pok Ny) and prolific cookbook collaborator JJ Goode will chat about their new tome, Pok Pok: Food and Stories from the Streets, Homes, and Roadside Restaurants of Thailand. Copies of the book will be available to purchase, and complimentary Pok Pok snacks (shrimp chips, chili-and-lime-leaf peanuts) will be on offer.
