The weather’s not exactly summery, but that’s not stopping James Beard Award–winning dessert doyenne Christina Tosi from launching her warm-weather sweets menu at Momofuku Milk Bar today. Along with fan favorites like the crack pie ($5.50 per slice), compost cookies ($2) and cereal milk ($5), all Milk Bar locations will offer new menu items like strawberry-lemon layer cake ($38), German-chocolate jimbo-cake truffles ($16 for 12), and savory bites like jalapeño-studded cornbread with scallion cream ($4.50) and egg-and-cheddar bread with sriracha cream cheese ($3.50).

In keeping with tradition, every Milk Bar outpost will also get their own location-specific soft-serve flavor ($4.50): huckleberry cheesecake with graham crumbles for Williamsburg, soda-fountain riff cranberry limeade for the East Village, yuzu lemon verbena for midtown, a peach-and-pineapple fruit cocktail for the Upper West Side and mandarin creamsicle for Carroll Gardens.
