Make creative use of the season’s harvest at this cocktail class, helmed by mixologist Michael Cecconi (ex–Back Forty and Savoy). Early birds can join Cecconi on his 8am shopping trip at Union Square Greenmarket, where he’ll spend about an hour selecting produce for that evening’s workshop (meet at the Gandhi statue). Otherwise, turn up for class at 6:30pm, when Cecconi will demonstrate four to six cocktails for you to replicate at individual kitchen stations. The drinks will depend on what’s freshest that day.
