Sunday May 6 2012 12:00 - 0:00
This popular fest is back for a third year, bringing together a gaggle of heavy-hitting chefs and their Pan-Asian creations. The celebration is spread over more than eight events, beginning with an Epicurean Cocktail Feast on May 1 (7–10pm; $50), hosted by Dave Arnold (the Museum of Food and Drink), Momofuku and Bombay Sapphire. On May 3, Michelin-starred chef David Thompson (Nahm) joins James Beard Award winner Andy Ricker (Pok Pok) for a dinner focusing on Northern Thai cuisine at the new Pok Pok Brooklyn (7–10pm; $150). And on May 5, the annual Night Market will set up shop under the Manhattan Bridge with more than 30 different restaurants, unlimited booze and performances by Chinatown rock group the Notorious MSG (6–9pm; $50).
