This innovative cinema festival—which invites you to “taste what you see on the screen”—matches cuisine-related films with top-notch fare. The sixth edition boasts 18 premiere flicks, including “An LA Pastrami Story,” about Langer’s Deli; a documentary about Canadian maple farming called “Sugar Shack”; and “Ramen Dreams,” which follows chef Keizo Shimamoto on his quest for noodle perfection (Shimamoto will serve his signature ramen at the screening).
