Cook-off king Matt Timms kicks off another year of amateur-chef showdowns with this simmering, winter-ready tournament. For two hours, warm your belly with unlimited samples of more than 15 hearty soups. Last year's contenders included pork ramen, a fusion pho, classic borscht and lobster bisque. After you slurp your way through each steamy concoction, cast your ballot to help crown the champion, who will take home a swanky set of kitchen gear from Cuisinart and Wüsthof.
